Create a Brand Kit techniques
Your identity, saved once and reusedLogos, colors and fonts — organizedShare the kit with the whole teamApply it everywhere in one click
A brand kit is the single source of truth for how your designs should look: the exact colors, the exact fonts, and the logos that belong on them. The Create Brand Kit tool captures all of that in one record, so every new design you start can be pulled into brand with a single click instead of a manual restyle.
You can store up to 12 brand colors and 6 fonts per kit. When a kit is applied to a design, the colors cycle across text and shape fills, and the fonts apply to text layers in order — so a kit with three colors and two fonts naturally distributes variety across the layout instead of painting everything one flat color.
Kits live alongside your designs in the browser's local storage, and they work across every other tool on this site: create one here, inspect it with get-brand-kit, and roll it out across a whole campaign with apply-brand-kit.
How it works
Give the kit a name — your company, client, or project name.
Set your brand colors: five pickers are ready to go, and Add color adds more (up to 12).
Tick your brand fonts from the font list, grouped by style (up to 6 are used).
Optionally select uploaded logo images — upload them first with the upload-asset tool.
Click Create brand kit. Your kit ID appears in the result, ready to use with apply-brand-kit.
Tips
Apply the kit to several designs at once by running apply-brand-kit on each — a whole campaign gets rebranded in minutes.
Put your darkest color first and your accent last: text layers take colors in order, so order matters.
Keep logo assets under 2 MB each so the kit stays snappy when applied.
What it costs
Free on this site — and it can't be metered. Create a Brand Kit uses no AI and runs entirely in your browser: no usage counters, nothing sent to our servers to bill. When credit metering arrives in the app, local operations like this one will never consume AI credits — only server-side AI generations will.
Frequently asked questions
How many colors, fonts, and logos can a kit hold?
Up to 12 colors and 6 fonts, plus up to 10 logo assets. The colors cycle across text and shape layers when you apply the kit.
Do brand kits need an account?
Yes — kits are saved to your browser's local storage the moment you create them, alongside your designs and assets. No account needed.
What if I don't know my brand fonts yet?
Tick each brand font in the font list. Fonts you don't know yet can wait — you can create the kit with the ones you have and the colors will still carry the look.
Drag the handle — it glides with physics when you let go. Create a Brand Kit, transformed in one pass.

How Create a Brand Kit works, step by step
Build a photoaicompany brand kit: name, up to 12 brand colors, up to 6 fonts, and your logo assets. Apply it to any design in one click.
1
Brand kit name
The Brand Kit control is institutional memory: logos, colors, and fonts applied in one click, exactly the same every time. Brand consistency is what makes a feed recognizable at scroll speed — the kit enforces it without meetings.
Pro tip: Two fonts in a kit is plenty; five is a cry for help.

2
Logo assets (optional — hold Ctrl/Cmd to pick several)
Your imagery is your unfair advantage — nobody else has your photos. Lead with them. Compress uploads before adding them if they came straight from a camera; huge files slow the canvas.
Pro tip: One strong photo beats a collage of five weak ones.

Create a Brand Kit techniques that look professional
Four field-tested techniques, each shown on real photography. Steal them all.
Apply the kit before you decorate.Brand colors and fonts first, creativity second — constraints make decisions faster. Make it part of your Create a Brand Kit routine.
One accent color does the shouting.Give the brand’s loudest color one job per design: the button, the headline, or the badge — never all three. Your Create a Brand Kit work will show the difference immediately.
Audit the kit yearly.Brands drift: fonts get swapped, colors wander. A yearly kit review keeps everything honest. This is doubly true when the job is Create a Brand Kit.
Lock the logo, free the layout.Keep brand marks exactly as specified, then get creative with everything around them. Try it on your next Create a Brand Kit project and compare the result.
Avoid the traps
Three mistakes to avoid with Create a Brand Kit
✕
One design for every placement
A square post stretched into a story looks broken. Fix: resize deliberately for each destination.
✕
Everything emphasized
Bold, color, size, and underline on the same words cancel each other out. Fix: pick one emphasis per element.
✕
Decorating before messaging
Effects applied before the words are final get redone. Fix: lock the copy first, style second.
End to end
A complete Create a Brand Kit workflow
Five moves, start to shipped. This is how the work actually flows.
1
Start in the editor
Open a blank canvas or a template — Create a Brand Kit works on anything with pixels. The tool never asks you to start over.
2
Do the core move
Run Create a Brand Kit the way the walkthrough above shows. Get the big decision right before touching details.
3
Refine with a second tool
Pair it with All tools — tools compose, and two simple moves beat one complicated one.
4
Check it on a phone
Most designs are consumed on phones. Preview small, fix what breaks, then continue.
5
Export and ship
Export in the format your destination wants, keep the master design, and move on to the next one.
